Giles Rothwell
Giles joined the Board of ADL in 2009 as Non-Exec Chairman; previously he worked at JP Morgan in London where he was Global Head of Cross Asset Distribution to Retail Investors and Global Head of Equity Derivative Sales. Prior to this he was at Barclays Capital from 1996 – 2007 where he established their award winning Investor Solutions team and was responsible for Equity Derivative Sales Globally. Before joining Barcap Giles worked at HSBC where he ran their UK Equity Derivative Sales desk.

Andrew Littlestone
Andrew established ADL Partners in 2008 with the aim to build a boutique search practise which would become the market leader in its core market areas. Previously he was responsible for Global Capital Markets at a leading international search firm, the highest revenue generating business in the firm, where he specialised in equity and derivative searches in the Americas, Europe & Asia. Andrew has worked within search since 2002, mainly covering flow & structured multi asset derivatives. He previously ran an internet start-up offering accommodation services to UK students, which he sold in 2001. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Business Studies and undertook an MSc in Estate Management.

Justin Skinner
Justin runs the Trading & Structuring Search business globally within ADL Partners – with a specific focus on Equity Derivatives Trading and Equity / Cross Asset Structuring within Investment Banks. He also works with several Hedge Funds focussing on hiring both PM's and Capital Raisers. Justin joined ADL Partners from a top 10 financial services search firm in London, where he was initially hired to cover Equity Derivatives Sales, Trading and Structuring; he progressed to run the Quantitative Trading search business there. Alongside his career he has also spent 3 ½ years in the Royal Navy Reserves as a commissioned officer. Justin is a graduate in International Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth / Høgskolen i Oslo.

Nick Whalley
Nick heads up the Wealth & Asset Management division at ADL Partners, encompassing Private Banking, Family Offices and Asset Management. He joined ADL Partners in 2009 from Old Broad Street Research Ltd. (OBSR) where he was Head of Investment Research and gained extensive experience in all areas of Asset and Wealth Management. Having started his career at a major private bank, he went on to manage private client money before joining OBSR. He graduated from The University of Nottingham with an honours degree in Engineering and has an MBA from Henley Business School.

James Beale
James joined ADL in 2011 to establish and lead the Legal & Compliance Search desk providing bespoke services to specialised clients. With twelve years’ recruitment experience at leading international and boutique recruitment and search firms, where he has set up and run legal and compliance desks, with a bias towards the financial services markets. Clients include both in-house institutions (financial services and corporate) and law firms. Track record includes senior level hires (from VP and Director level to MD/General Counsel and from Senior Associate to Partners) in London and EMEA across derivatives, capital markets, funds , prime brokerage, regulatory, banking, corporate and employment. Previously James worked as a lawyer with Hammond Suddards.

Philippa Cozzolino
Philippa specialises in Multi Asset Derivative Sales with a skew to Credit and Rates. She works on mandates across the Derivatives spectrum from Flow to Structured Products and across all clients. She was approached to join ADL Partners in 2009 from the largest financial services recruitment firm in London. Before moving to London, Philippa worked in Ireland for 4 years within Real Estate.

Paul Duffy
Paul focuses on executing and researching Legal & Compliance mandates within Investment Banks, Asset & Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds and Private Practice. He also works closely with the Capital Markets team placing Structurers. He has five years experience and joined ADL Partners in 2010 from a leading global executive search firm.

Jamie Chalmers
Jamie specialises in the research and execution of mandates across Asset & Wealth Management. He was approached to join ADL Partners in 2010 from a leading global financial services recruitment firm. Prior to that Jamie graduated with a BA Honours from Loughborough University.

Laurie Parr 
Laurie joined ADL at the start of 2011 to focus on executive hires for Hedge Funds, with a primary focus on Sales, Investor Relations and Portfolio Managers. Previously he worked as a Senior Event Manager & Product Trainer for a number of major motor manufacturers. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University/La Universidad de DEUSTO (San Sebastian, Spain) with an honours degree in European Business and Spanish.

Radhika Chudasama 
Radhika joined the Legal & Compliance desk at ADL Partners in 2011. Previously she worked at a leading global financial services executive search firm, specialising in mid to senior level hires in Compliance. She currently specialises in Compliance mandates, spanning across Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Private Practice. Radhika graduated with an honours degree from Brunel University and has previously worked in the Middle East.
